Intercity has been awarded the 2015 CoStar – Power Broker Award for having achieved high volume Toronto leasing transactions.
Affordable Home Ownership Program
Intercity has also had the privilege of being presented the Delivery of the Homeownership Component on the Canada-Ontario Affordable Home Ownership Program for York and Durham regions. We delivered this program on behalf of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and Ontario Government CMGC.
